Rodney Yee has come out with a yoga workout routine that is specifically designed for one use; to bust that gut. His DVD “Yoga: Core Cross Train” is a very intense workout. The workout focuses on your core muscles and getting that waistline slender and toned. It is very beneficial to anyone looking to get in shape by summertime.

Yoga: Core Cross Train offers viewers, and hopefully participants, two 30-minute workouts that really focus on strength training and flexibility. The moves he asks you to perform are definitely trying and can tax even the most advanced yoga student. So what does that bode for beginners?

If you are a beginner to core training and to yoga, then you do not have to worry too much. Most of the poses are easy to get into, yet if you cannot hold them for as long as Yee does, do not worry. It takes time to gain abdominal strength and flexibility. No one is asking that you be able to perform the entire DVD workout sets without having to stop and catch your breath.

A 30-minute session can be extremely daunting to those who are not in great physical shape or lack stamina. Do not let this stop you from trying. Even if you are only able to do 10 minutes of exercises it is still helping you. Some people find that if they do 10 minutes each day, then it gradually builds up until they can go longer and perform the more intricate poses.

If you want to get that midsection into shape and rid yourself of the unsightly bulge, then Yoga: Core Cross Train is definitely for you. You will start to notice a difference within a week or two and you will have fun doing it. Just imagine getting rid of that pooch and being able to fit into your pants again.
